All calls are charged by your telephone provider at their relevant 0844, 0871, 0870 and 07744 rates.

Qdial access numbers are available from BT landlines, mobile phones, pay phones and other call providers. The rates stated for 0844 / 0871 access numbers are based on the latest BT rates. Prices from other operators may vary. For all other operators, including mobile operators, please check with your provider for the rates they charge to use our access numbers before you use the service. Calls from a mobile phone or payphone may be surcharged by your operator.

Calls are charged from time of connection to the Qdial service, so we advise replacing the handset after a short period if your calls are engaged or unanswered. When you call from a mobile, do not press the call or send button after you have dialled the destination number.

Calls made to the 0844, 0870 or 07744 access number using your mobile phone may be included in your inclusive cross network minute allocation, this may be dependent on your mobile service provider, your service plan and the time that you make the call. Please check the relevant rates and usage conditions with your mobile service provider before using the access numbers
